  • Document Upload - A new warning message has been added to warn users against using certain special characters in the file name they are trying to upload. - Release Date: 6/5/2025

  • GL Transaction Maintenance - When adding or editing a GL Transaction in this page, the Source Journal control will now be enabled/disabled based upon the "Edit Source Journal" permission in Security Group Maintenance for users. - Release Date: 9/22/2025

  • Scheduling -> Packages, Sequences, and Batches -> Batch Maintenance - BOM Cost Update has been added as an available routine to run in scheduled batches. - Release Date: 12/17/2025
    • Customer
  • Update Customers from External Text File - Ship-To addresses and phones can now be imported for customers. Note: only new addresses will be imported, this will not allow updating existing Ship-To addresses. - Release Date: 6/9/2025
    • Payables
  • Standard Codes Maintenance - Standard Codes have been added to the Payables module now. Inside this page is where the new "PBL (Payables) From Receipts Custom Fields" can be added and maintained. - Release Date: 10/15/2025
  • Standard Codes Maintenance -> PBL From Receipts Custom Fields - These are user created fields that will appear in the "Create Payables From Receipts" page as separate amounts that can be set to create more Payables Invoices that use different Payables/Expense Accounts. These new Custom Fields will require a Field Name, Payables Account, and Expense Account. If either of the accounts are set to verify profit/cost centers then the profit/cost center will also be required to be set. A Transaction Description can also be set to be used instead of the Field Name when setting the Transaction Description on Payables Invoices that were created from receipts. - Release Date: 10/15/2025

  • Quote Maintenance - When using Avalara as a tax interface, any change made to a quote that requires tax to be updated will now set a flag on the Quote to show "Tax Needs Update" by the "Tax" field. This will then disappear once tax has been updated. - Release Date: 12/17/2025
  • Quote Maintenance -> Analysis - A new checkbox for "Hide Suggested?" has been added to the Analysis tab. When checked, all suggested details will be removed from the grid and calculated totals. - Release Date: 8/29/2025
  • Add Part/Add Unknown Part - When adding a part, the "Is Suggested?" checkbox can be checked to directly add the part as suggested to the quote. - Release Date: 5/30/2025
    • Sales Order
  • Sales Order Vehicle Labels - A new label format for "Vehicles & Sales" has been added for printing labels. These labels will have multiple sales order and vehicle fields available for printing in addition to sales order custom codes and custom vehicle attributes. - Release Date: 10/10/2025
    • System
  • Error Logs - A major change has been made to how errors are shown. Instead of a wall of text whenever an unaccounted for error occurs, a new message saying "An error has occurred. Please contact an administrator for more details," will be shown. The detailed error will then be saved where it can be viewed in this new page by anyone with the permission for viewing Event Logs. - Release Date: 10/6/2025
    • Vehicle
  • Generic Reports - A new 'Freight Verify Milestones' generic report has been added for vehicles when using the Freight Verify feature. - Release Date: 10/24/2025
  • Vehicle Parameter Maintenance - A new parameter for "Validate Vehicle Specs" has been added to this page. Make and model can now be validated against each other using the makes and associated models from the Vehicle Specs Maintenance page. - Release Date: 6/16/2025

  • Account Maintenance -> Renumber -> This page has been altered to only allow renumbering accounts that don't have any account balance records from previous fiscal years. - Release Date: 8/18/2025
    • Inventory
  • Warehouse transfer maintenance screen can now accept multiple tracking numbers separated by CrLf. The field is saved csv, so commas are not allowed in the numbers. - Release Date: 12/17/2025
  • Warehouse transfer - when closing or direct transfer and the into location is blank, the default location of the into warehouse is substituted. - Release Date: 12/17/2025
    • Labor
  • Employee Out Day Inquiry will show all in-day punches that do not have a subsequent out-day punch within 18 hours. - Release Date: 12/17/2025
  • Added code to prevent in job punch if the previous in day punch does not have an out day punch within 18 hours. - Release Date: 11/12/2025
  • Total hours from time cards for each job punched into will now display in the notification popup. - Release Date: 9/23/2025
  • If there is a time zone difference between the Treqso server and the local time clock computer, the difference is stored with each punch. The difference is used to correctly display times in the in-job status & inquiry reports. - Release Date: 9/23/2025
    • Manufacturing
  • BOM Cost Update/Report - added the Default Branch Supplier ID field to report selectivity. - Release Date: 12/17/2025
  • The user will now be able to print multiple mfg orders at one time. while using selectivity fields. - Release Date: 10/30/2025
  • Added manufacturing order log tab to MfgOrderMaint page. Log entries will now be created for all major events associated with the order. - Release Date: 10/22/2025

  • Part Status - the warehouses report will now default order by quantity on hand descending. - Release Date: 12/17/2025
  • Part Maintenance - Changing a part's UOM 1 value will no longer be allowed if there is any inventory for that part currently in stock. - Release Date: 12/17/2025
    • Purchase Order
  • Purchase Order Maintenance - For Return type Purchase Orders, details will now show a status of "Open+Committed" like Sales Order details if there is any inventory committed to the specific detail. - Release Date: 7/28/2025
    • Quote
  • The quote detail is now able to use Order Type in its price calculation from Price Type Detail. - Release Date: 1/7/2026
  • Quote Maintenance -> Create Order - When creating a sales order from a quote, instead of setting the Sales Order Detail's Phase Number by incrementing by 1, the Phase Number will now be set using the Phase Number on the Quote Title that the Quote Detail is under. To accommodate this change, Phase Number has been added to Quote Model Sequences as well as Part Sequences which will be used when the Add Title option is checked on those records. - Release Date: 5/30/2025
  • ★ When adding Quote Details, they can now be added as Suggested instead of having to add them and then set them to suggested. - Release Date: 5/27/2025
    • Sales Order
  • Sales Order Parameter Maintenance - A new parameter for "Allow Ship Available When Reducing" has been added. When this is enabled, clicking the "Reduce" button in Sales Order and Quick Order Maintenance will work normally and will prompt the user for the Ship Available choice. If this is turned off, then your users will be able to reduce the order without having to navigate the Ship Available pop-up. To accommodate this change, a new "Set As Ship Available" menu item has been added under the change dropdown in Sales Order Maintenance and in the menu bar in Quick Order Maintenance. Additionally, a permission for each of these pages has been added so that only authorized users can set sales orders to ship available. - Release Date: 10/8/2025

  • Added Short Name field to the view options for the Supplier Maintenance page. - Release Date: 10/13/2025

  • Updated USPS address validation to have the option to use new OAuth authentication in System Parameters. Also updated each button to use either basic or OAuth validation based on said parameter. - Release Date: 10/13/2025
    • Vehicle
  • Vehicle Maintenance - Vehicles that are set to Drop Ship or Ship Through will now be able to use all of the pool fields that used to only appear when a vehicle was set as a pool vehicle. To accommodate this change, the menu item for Vehicle Pools at the top of Vehicle Maintenance has been changed to "Change Vehicle Type" which will show a popup where you can select whether to set the vehicle to "Drop Ship", "Ship Through", "Pool", or "Normal". - Release Date: 10/24/2025
  • Vehicle Attributes - Most vehicle attributes with a Field Type of "Text" have now had their max lengths increased from 40 to 60 characters. - Release Date: 6/16/2025
