Fixed Items

    Customer
  • The customer maintenance page was stalling and sending an error to Product Management. This occurred right after a customer was added and the user had chosen to stay on the new customer page rather than return to the finder. In this state, when the user attempted to update the new customer by altering any field in the form and then pressing the update button, the page would stall and then send an error to Product Management. This issue has been circumvented by removing the automatic paging controls to the 'Tax Exempt' grid. Those paging controls are now generated dynamically. - Release Date: 4/1/2026
  • Labor
  • In time card maintenance, the would show the selected date range plus an extra day. This was cause by the way the UI controls passed the date values. To correct this, instead of adding an extra day to the selected date range the maintenance page now adds 23.99 hours to the date range. (I.E. 1/1/26-1/15/26 + 23.99 hrs) - Release Date: 4/1/2026

  • Removed the foreign key from the IntercompanyWarehousetransferDetail table which prevented part renumbering from completing its process. The part renumber process now also correctly renumbers parts stored in the IntercompanyWarehouseTransferDetail table. - Release Date: 4/1/2026
  • Sales Order
  • When the sales order parameter 'VehicleTracking' is enabled, the user can add a VIN to the VIN text box on a sales order. Previously, the VIN would have been applied to the sales order but the vehicle ID would not. Now, if a user attempts to apply a VIN to the sales order a the sales order maintenance page will search for an applicable vehicle ID. If an ID does not exist, an error is shown that prevents the sales order from being updated. - Release Date: 4/1/2026
  • The Add/Delete For Many Orders page in the sales order module was not setting the profit and cost center accurately. Now these values are first derived from the copied sales order master, but fall back to the inventory parameter settings when the sales order master provides a zero value. - Release Date: 4/1/2026
  • Supplier
  • The supplier renumber process now updates all supplier numbers in the DocumentKeywordValue table which prevents documents from being disconnected from the supplier and the new supplier number. - Release Date: 4/1/2026

  • Label printer deletion now manages deletion of any ReportSetting records that are associated with the label print being deleted. - Release Date: 4/1/2026

  • Added XLS and CSV reports for the Employee Out Day Inquiry in order to provide the user with properly formatted report files. Previously when a user chose to create these files, the XLS and CSV options derived their formatting from the default active report file that produced inconsistent headers. - Release Date: 4/1/2026

  • Update Part From External Text File - When importing data for the "Default Regular Cost Field", the range of acceptable values has been expanded to make it easier to update this field. The list of acceptable values is now as follows: Average Cost: AC or any value containing AVG or AVERAGE Base Cost: BC or any value containing BASE Last Purchase Cost: PC or any value containing PUR or PURCHASE Standard Cost: SC or any value containing STD or STANDARD All of these values can also be in lowercase or uppercase as well. - Release Date: 3/13/2026
  • Purchase Order
  • Purchase order batch process now has a new popup. When the user has selected the option 'Create Purchase Orders for Unattached Backorders' then sets the 'Cost Origin' to sales order, and then selects 'Summarize orders by part number,' the popup will appear after the user has selected several of the same parts on different sales orders. The popup will ask the user to choose which sales order the cost should be derived from, and then the batch process will continue. - Release Date: 4/1/2026
  • The Location field is now always produced if the format requires it in mobile batch record maintenance. The location value is now validated based on the part warehouse and its default location if no location value was provided in the mobile batch record. - Release Date: 4/1/2026
  • Quote
  • Quote Maintenance -> Copy - This page has been significantly altered to make it simpler and easier to use. This page now functions more like Sales Order copying, and allows selecting specific details to copy to a new quote. - Release Date: 3/3/2026
  • Sales Order
  • Added generic report field 'Is Ship Available?' to the SalesOrderMaster. - Release Date: 4/1/2026
  • Sales Order Maintenance -> Copy Order - When selecting details to copy, details are now grouped by phase number and can be selected by phase number in addition to selecting individual details. - Release Date: 3/3/2026
  • System
  • The connection to Treqso's SQL server has been changed to windows based authentication. - Release Date: 4/1/2026
